Be first to complete 4 property sets of different colors. Each color has its own set size and rent ladder. The winner goes first in the rematch.
Everyone starts with 5 cards. Draw 3 at the start of your turn, then discard one of those new cards face-down.
Empty hand? Keep all 5.Draw five instead, without discarding. If the deck cannot supply a full draw, keep the available cards.
Use up to 3 plays: bank money or an action, play a property, use an action, or change an assigned property color. After your last play, your turn ends automatically once payments, responses, and required discards are finished. Discard down to 7 cards before ending your turn. You may end early.
Money goes into your bank. Actions can be banked instead of used, but cannot be taken back into your hand. Properties cannot be banked. Wild properties can use their listed colors.
Changing a played wildcard, house, or hotel to another eligible color costs one play. These cards keep their assigned color when transferred. Rearranging cards in your hand is free.
Pay with your bank, properties, or both. No change is given. If you cannot cover the charge, pay as much as possible.
Rent follows the chosen color's stack size and any upgrades or modifiers. Two-color rent charges all opponents; multicolor rent charges one opponent.
Double the Rent costs one play. Use it before rent, or double your last rent this turn, even after opponents have paid. All value already paid counts toward the increased total, including overpayment; pay only the shortfall. Successful blockers stay exempt. It cannot boost an earlier turn or a fixed charge.
Bank cards transfer as money; properties transfer as properties. Multiple opponents can pay at the same time.
Just Say No can block an eligible action, and another Just Say No can counter it. Without a usable block, the action proceeds automatically. Doubling keeps active block and counter windows; passed windows reopen for the increase.
Each purchase costs one play. Stock is limited. Pay from your bank only, with no change. Purchased powers cannot be used on the turn they were bought.
Add a house or a hotel independently to an eligible complete property set. A hotel does not require a house. Transferred upgrades retain their color; moving one to a different eligible color costs one play.
Discards stay face-down. When the draw deck is empty, recyclable discards and played actions are shuffled into a new deck; used Power Bank cards do not recycle.
If the host enables a turn timer, it pauses for payments and responses. At expiry, required discards are chosen randomly and the turn ends.
